Manav Seva Sansthan, Samraniya Baran participated in all three phases through IMI 4.0 (Intensive Mission Indradhanush) Program in Kishanganj block in Shahabad of Baran district under the aegis of Rajasthan.

This program is a flagship immunization initiative of the Government of India, implemented with the support of UNICEF, to strengthen routine immunization services.

The primary objective of the Intensive Mission Indradhanush program is to ensure complete vaccination coverage for pregnant women and newborn babies, especially those who are missed or partially immunized. The program focuses on protecting mothers and children from vaccine-preventable diseases by providing timely and free immunization services.

The project was received through a placement agency, and our team actively supported field-level implementation. Activities included community mobilization, awareness generation regarding the importance of vaccination, identification of eligible beneficiaries, and coordination with health workers during immunization sessions.

Routine immunization under IMI 4.0 plays a crucial role in reducing maternal and infant mortality and improving overall public health outcomes. Through consistent field engagement and outreach efforts, the program ensured better access to vaccines for vulnerable populations, contributing to healthier mothers, safer childbirth, and improved survival of newborn children.
