Students Experiential Learning

Under the Students Experiential Learning initiative, students from the School of Rural Management, XIM University Bhubaneswar joined Manav Seva Sansthan as part of their 45-day RLLE Program. This program marks the beginning of a learning journey into rural life and development.

Students stayed in villages, lived with the community, and closely observed day-to-day rural activities. Through fieldwork and regular interaction with villagers, they learned how villages function, how livelihoods are formed, and how grassroots organisation work at the ground level. The experience helped bridge classroom knowledge with real-life practice and gave students a deeper understanding of rural realities.

So far, students have worked in the villages of Samraniya, Mahodra, Khatka, and Ishatori through Manav Seva Sansthan. These initial experiences have laid a strong foundation for learning, reflection, and contribution.

This is just the start of the journey. There is much more to explore, understand, and contribute as students continue to engage with rural communities. The journey ahead promises deeper learning, stronger connections, and meaningful impact in the field of rural development.
